Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE hot sauce. More specifically, I seem to have an unhealthy obsession with Sriracha.

Ummm… Okay. Now that everyone’s feeling awkward, let’s move on, shall we?

Super Bowl Sunday was approaching, and what better to make than wings? I truly enjoy a good wing, as un-ladylike as that may be. Crisp, tangy, spicy, delicious–you really can’t go wrong. I was thinking of making a traditional Buffalo wing, but then a tweet came across my timeline that stopped me in my tracks. @luvchampagne tweeted: Superbowl eats tomorrow include Sriracha honey wings… I couldn’t read any further. She directed me to Serious Eats to get the recipe.

The Serious Eats recipe called for frying the wings, but I’m not the most graceful person out there, so I chose to bake the wings, which alters the prep quite a bit. I used the recipe as a guide…
